A Look At Japan's Illegal Street Racing Scene(Mar 12, 2014)This car looks all drivetrain mods lol. It's a drag civic. Where else did the work go? The wheels? I'm assuming it's gutted. American drag racing is much better in every aspect
Car Mod Atrocities: Part X(Mar 10, 2014)Their is nothing wrong with this at all? People do this all the time. Considering it's been on the front page of every truck magazine out there. What's not cool about this? All it needs is paint.
Consumer Report's Biggest Turds of 2013(Dec 27, 2013)If say dodge went way to safe on their new design of challenger. Camaro did good with the new and old coming together. The mustang meh. It did alright with both as we'll. same as Camaro and that's why there doing so we'll compared to challenger.
Consumer Report's Biggest Turds of 2013(Dec 27, 2013)The only improvement over the 4th gen was hp and weight. Fbody still the way to go. 6000$ and ur smoking brand new stangs. Couple small bolt ons and your taking vettes. So ummm ya learn Ur shit. Sexy car. Independent suspension, ls1= fast
Consumer Report's Biggest Turds of 2013(Dec 27, 2013)New mustang looks like an accord. It's nice but I dunno wait till I see it in person. New Camaro will be better I say. Even the little front refresh made it look angrier. These are def. arm chair reviewers. Bunch of quacks
Consumer Report's Biggest Turds of 2013(Dec 26, 2013)Fbody Camaro was a super reliable powerful and fast sport car. And still continues to destroy mustangs. And even new camaros. Ls1. Simple mods big power
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 21, 2013)The turbo ss coupes are much better than the supercharged ones. All around. Launch control, better clutch components, LSD, more power, better grills, better everything that's important.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 21, 2013)Dynod the supercharged version makes 210whp. So I would guess the turbos are higher than rated as we'll. just like the Camaro in this video. Rated at 325 but actually makes about 345 stock crank hp
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 21, 2013)I've got a 3" ZZP catless downpipe, injen Intake, and srs catback exhaust. She runs even richer now. Cobalts are very known to destroy clutches and throw out bearings. That's y next week I put in my lsj upgraded clutch kit from crateenginedepot ;)
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 21, 2013)I was talking lsj. Which is the supercharged 2.0L. I was rough estimating the LNF turbo model. I know I have an 06 ss/sc. They run very rich and a simple tune gives them good gains.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)The f body was not a porker. And it was fast as hell. Anyone saying it is is talking trash and knows nothing of them. Very fast car. Murders most of any cars of that year.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)Now If this was a 2.2 or 2.4L cobalt then ya maybe pushing it a little over the limit. The 2.0L are perfectly safe tho. Gm didn't push them to the limit for insurance purposes. Same reason they say they only make 205hp at the crank.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)Ya lsj and lnf's are good for 500hp stock. All forged internals. 25 psi is safe. Stage 3 is 17psi I think and it's only 265hp. So ya. Turbo and supercharged engines are low compression motors. Now 25 psi on a high compression motor.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)Lsj and lnf's pull hard threw all gears. They make power to redline. Stage 3 kits can up the rev limited to 7300 easily. And still don't drop off. After that u need springs because they start to float. There good cars and make power very cheap.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)And there hood scoops were 100% functional adding 15hp over the z28's. Anyone who doesn't like an ls1 in any car is crazy. They are one of the best and most reliable performance engines available to this date.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)The ZZP and Ottp kits bring u up to 265whp. Bringing them into mid 13's with good driver. Not bad for fwd. my parents own a 99 SS Camaro. It'd a beautiful car. And fast as he'll. gm rated them at 325hp but dynod they made 345hp at the crank.
Cobalt SS VS LS1 Camaro On The Street(Oct 20, 2013)I have an 06 ss supercharged coupe. Couple bolt on mods. They made 205 from the factory but were underrated. Dynod and they make 210hp to the wheels. Also the gm stage 3 kit only brings them to 255hp or so. Making them safe for 50 shot of nos.
Honda S2000 Successor to Rival Scion FR-S?(Aug 03, 2012)Toyota doesnt have one car worth truly noting as a "nice" car anymore. The GT-86 is a Subaru so that doesn't count a smidgen. If only they still had the supra (the LFA doesn't count as a successor it's a Lexus).
Unearthed: 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT(Jul 28, 2012)The non dentable fenders Saturn was using didn't catch on for a reason, like many things when they got hot from the sun they expanded. Causing you to chip your paint every time u opened the doors.
Mercedes Preparing 400hp Diesel SLS AMG?(Jul 19, 2012)Diesels will outlive gas engines. There much more powerful and have alot of untapped potential. they def. Belong in sports cars. A diesal will destroy any gaser the same size. Period. Anyone who disagrees never owned a diesal and modified it.
Unique of the Week: 2001 Ultima GTR(Jun 16, 2012)I first seen this on that show where they drive each others cars and rate them. I thought the guy with this car was gunna win. Def. A sick ride. Some guy with a rat rode won.
