Bentley Has Big Plans for New Models(Nov 13, 2012)I'ld buy this over the ghost. Yeah, the ghost screams rich person, but personally, I think this looks way better and classier. The lines are perfect.
Jeep Liberty to Meet its Maker Next Week(Aug 10, 2012)My sister had a manual that lasted to 214,000 miles before the clutch went out. And she didn't baby that car either; skipped oil changes, went offroading, etc. owns another one and it's the same in reliability. I'll take one any day.
4 Superb Subaru Concepts(Aug 06, 2012)I thought it looked like a sexier version the dodge caliber, if there is one...
Grand Cherokee Retakes the Elk Test(Aug 02, 2012)And as for offroading, this car can do just as much as the wrangler or Toyota fjcruiser. If you want to compare to the Tuareg, it's got skid plates and the lowering mechanism like the VW.
Grand Cherokee Retakes the Elk Test(Aug 02, 2012)I still have to disagree. My parents drive a new grand Cherokee, basic and it doesn't roll like that one in the video. The taureg and Volvo just look like they're going slower. And yes, the tires of any car will blow out if you hit a cone just right.
Grand Cherokee Retakes the Elk Test(Aug 02, 2012)Going anywhere near 40mph in any SUV designed for offroading and doing sharp turns will cause one to potentially roll. Plus, the tire is going to go flat if you hit a cone. The drivers were clearly more careful with the other cars than the Jeep...
Off-Road Icons: Volkswagen Touareg(Jul 30, 2012)@Ian, sorry to disappoint, but the jeep grand Cherokee already has that. But in relation to the wrangler, no the wranglers don't have it yet.
GM Approves Cadillac Flagship Sedan(Jul 26, 2012)Love the front. Looks way different from anything else on the road. And rich people would buy this; they like having a presence on the road.
Off-Road Icons: Toyota FJ Cruiser(Jul 26, 2012)For one thing, the 4.0 V6 recommends the use of premium gas. Secondly, the FJ costs a full 5k more than a Jeep. I think I'll go with the Jeep...
Cadillac ATS Takes on the World in New Ad Campaign(Jul 21, 2012)@Matt, I know what you mean. The BMW has a grippier ride, you can feel the rode more and steering seems more responsive. That's how all European cars seem to be. In Cadillacs, you can't feel the road as much and the steering is mushy.
Cadillac ATS Takes on the World in New Ad Campaign(Jul 21, 2012)They're beauties. The BMW is nice, but I've driven one and they aren't things to rage about. Interior quality in the BMW has fallen drastically; so much plastic. Cad's competition comes from people who want a badge over true luxury.
Lotus Pulls Out of Paris Show(Jul 15, 2012)Looks like a Honda Civic or Lexus. No wonder why Lotus lost a lot of diehard fans...
Wald Blings Out the Rolls-Royce Ghost with Black Bison Edition(Jul 14, 2012)The rolls is entirely different from a seven series; they don't even share the same chassis. As for this specific car, you never ever change the exterior. Doesn't look bad, but still...
Opel Debuts the 'Urban-Chic' Adam(Jul 11, 2012)Looks nicer than a fiat 500. Stick a more powerful engine in it and bring it to the US; then GM would make a huge profit.
Weekly News Roundup: June 10th – June 16th(Jun 16, 2012)Saab was never supposed to be an EV. If it makes it into production and looks like the current ones, I'll buy one and drop a real engine into it...
Buick Reatta Meeting Held in Los Angeles(Jun 15, 2012)But that was the hp before gm refined the engine. My dad's 2000 buick has the same engine but with 210 horses and it's not supercharged.
