Dodge Tarts Up the Dart (May 17, 2013) I've driven a Rally E edition and it gets up pretty good. The shifter is so squishy though. It pulls pretty hard when you are in 6th though. I was surprised. 1st gear is absolutely worthless though. It's geared so freakin low.
