It can also reach 0-60 mph in 2.6 seconds.
Originating from Italy, the Charlotte Roadster from upcoming automaker Frangivento is an electric supercar that can allegedly accelerate from 0-60 mph in under three seconds, but what really sets it apart is its built-in fish tank. Because that's what's usually at top of the list of requested features for potential electric supercar buyers. The car was first shown at Top Marques in Monaco in April and was recently spotted on display by Motor1 which snapped some photos of the bizarre supercar concept.

According to the designer Giorgio Pirolo, the Charlotte Roadster was inspired by the Mediterranean. To justify the inclusion of a built-in water tank, the leather, alcantara, and wood surfaces in the cabin apparently recreate reflections off the water. "The occupants of the two seats will feel as if they are diving into the sea thanks to the two ‘waves’ that envelop the Sarco seats right up to the door panels," reads the press release. The fishes Nemo and Dory swim around the aquarium, the inspiration for another famous car by the same designer. At the bottom of the aquarium is a little bottle with the names of all those who took part in the project."

Inside, the cockpit comprises of high-end materials like Modena interior panelling, luxury 3W Tout Bois veneer and exclusive leatherwork from Atelier, which probably explains the hefty asking price of around $1.6 million. Admittedly, it’s not the most alluring Italian supercar we’ve ever laid our eyes on. The unusual angular shape of the Charlotte Roadster is said to be inspired by the "triangular shape of the island of Sicily." Power is sourced from a 70 kilowatt-hour battery pack powering four electric motors that produce 885-horsepower, allowing the Charlotte to reach a top speed of 189 mph, and a 0-62 mph sprint of just 2.6 seconds. Despite carrying a fish tank, it only weighs 3,300 pounds. Photos courtesy of Motor1.
