Leaked photos give us a first look inside the cabin of the upcoming Lamborghini Urus SUV.
The reveal of the Lamborghini Urus SUV is now only a few weeks away, on December 4 to be exact. In the run up to its reveal, Lamborghini has treated us to several teaser videos showing the SUV’s off-roading ability. The production Urus is going to look a lot like the original concept first shown in Bejiing back in 2012, so we already have a good idea what the exterior looks like. We’ve yet to see what the cabin looks like, however – until now. Courtesy of Instagram user altdynamic, photos have now leaked showing the interior of the Urus.

If you’ve owned a recent Audi model, it should look instantly familiar. Traces of Audi are practically everywhere you look. A pair of 10.1-inch and 8.6-inch touchscreens on the center console mirrors the new generation Audi A8 and A7, with one serving as an infotainment display and the other houses the HVAC controls. Elsewhere, we can see an all-digital instrument cluster that will most likely use Lamborghini’s version of the second-generation Audi Virtual Cockpit. You can also see the controller for the ANIMA (Adaptive Network Intelligence Management) which lets you switch between different driving modes to tackle different terrain including specific snow and sand settings.

Thankfully, Lamborghini has adapted some of Audi’s interior design to make it more befitting of a high-performance SUV. The hexagonal air vents are inspired by the Huracan, as are the toggle controls, air conditioning and heated seats buttons. A red flip-up cover for the engine start button also looks like it was lifted from the Huracan. Lamborghini will be lifting the wraps off the Urus SUV on December 4. A twin-turbo V8 with around 650-hp will help it potentially set a new Nurburgring SUV lap record, but that shouldn’t overshadow its off-road capabilities. That said, don’t expect it to be a Land Rover rival – Lamborghini is probably all-too aware that the majority of its buyers won’t ever utilize its off-roading abilities.
