From Skateboarding to Skyline GT-R

A professional downhill skateboarder's daily driver is a 1991 Nissan Skyline GT-R. It's almost too perfect a choice.
Professional downhill skateboarder Kevin Reimer loves to grip the road. For his chosen career, speed and maneuverability are crucial to winning, and the fact that he selected a 1991 Nissan Skyline GT-R as his daily driver is no coincidence. As Reimer was researching the car, he realized that Skylines actually had competed on some of the same Australian tracks as he did. A coincidence? Perhaps, but Reimer believes there’s a connection between him and the car, which makes owning one all the more special.
Equipped with its all-wheel drive, the Skyline is the perfect car for Reimer to drive up on some twisty canyon roads, much like his skateboard is ideal for the trip back down. It’s a damn fine combo.
