It reminds me of something Ford had a long time ago from the rear door to the back.
IMO, Audi does the four door coupe thing so much better. (And no, I'm not loyal to one brand.)

This in no way is a wagon or competition to one. At least a wagon can still have a truly useful cargo space.

Just as ugly as the 5 series GT. the wagon versions look better!

These make zero sense to me. Why not buy a wagon/SUV over these GT/Cross vehicles? You get 40-50% more space and not get charged a premium for the design.
I would get this over the Wagon, I hate the rear overhang, but the wagon's is even more horrible.
Its so ugly like honestly get a normal 3 series and put up with the space it would be better than rolling around town in this sh*t

I prefer the styling to the wagon and I'd really enjoy the extra space. I think it's great!
I'm in the minority it seems but I kinda like it! Seems practical.
Too much overhang on the back end.. Makes the wheel look small and the vehicle unstable. The rear wheels should always be planted near the outside corners for that nice stance.. This looks like a 2002 Hyundai accent with that back end overhang.
I own a 550GT and a 650 Gran Coupe. Why - because they offer different utility. And maybe that's what the 3 series GT is about. Not every BMW driver what's or need an M3. And for what it's worth the 550GT is a brilliant car.
I guess compared to getting a wagon or a minivan, you can accept a few quirks about the design

The roof line is too tall. If they made it lower then it would have more buyers, bmw just doesnt take the time in desinging, half a** design, i love the front though!
5 series GT is based on the 7 chassis. Interior is better than a 7. There is a market for these cars
I think a legitimate 7-series full sized wagon would be cool. Or a new 8-series. That vent on the front fender is strange

Audi and BMW make their cars look the same across all classes except the size. This looks exactly the same as 5 series GT except that it is small.
Point one thing that seems out of place with this BMW from this particular angle. Looks pretty impressive and stately to me.
Not sure about the styling, but BMW interior are always good quality and functional!
The steering looks like a skinny body, or a skeleton...however overall is nice, but veeeery similar to all other BMWs...starting to be boring.
Love that steering wheel. Almost the same as the M6 which feels great in your hands

Hate the stupid shifter and the park button on top of it. Can't understand why BMW makes the Navigation screen looking like it pops up but doesn't move. Would be better if it folded down. It has the most useless placement for cup holders.
Its like a tradition for BMW to all have the exact same interior in there whole cars. This looks almost exactly as the 7 series. I hate the way BMW thinks these days. Already lost alot of interest in them
Why aren't the floor mats and headliners black? They are for the sports line and the 5 series GT when the interior is beige...

This is awful. Perhaps a four door coupe 3 series with improved handling dynamics would have made sense. But a bloated/raised 3 series with poorer handling means you get the worse of both worlds.
Appearantly BMW didn't hear how poorly the Honda (Accord) crosstour is selling because this looks just like it.
