Really easy to misjudge the end of a runway - I've done it just doing 80 in a Focus. Shame the one thing the video doesn't show is the actual crash.
Runways are so deceptive, especially ones that are built for large aircraft. If you're on one end, you can't see the other. That being said there are markings, every thousand feet to tell you how much runway has been used.
I remember Jeremy ckarkson saying how hard it is to judge how much runway you have before you need to brake so I don't really blame the driver but if that was my car I would have been bawling tears
Austin, you're correct. If anyone cared to actually read, the driver misjudged the distance to the end of the runway and ran the car into a ditch, and judging by the roof, it probably flipped at some point.
It's really easy to miss your braking point on a runway and just not be able to stop before going off the end. Probably what happened
Easy to laugh at these guys, bottom line is theyre enjoying their supercar/bikes, which is what theyre made for, better than locking them up in a private collection. Shit happens, its part of racing and driving quicky, so what....I say good luck to them. Ps. Its not a Versace edition, all the versace's had a unique pattern on the side and a black and white interior...not red.

At least it is in better condition than most airplanes that go speeding off the runway...I.E. Russian plane crash.

White on Red interior is a very rare color combo. I saw a convertible one white in red in a dealership in Chicago. But for some reason I don't remember it being in very good shape. I've seen 2 Bugattis there too. And an SLR Mclaren
But still painful to watch. This effectively ruined my day. The only upside was that it wasn't the sv version.
