I think this one looks good, and it's a damn good performance machine. But give me three pedals and a NA V8 driving just the rear in a lightweight nimble chassis. This is a computizing, road eating monster, but just to... Clinical.
I don't deny the GTR is amazingly fast on the track, but as an overall car, I'd much rather have an R8!
So Jack, you're assuming them. Don't get me wrong, the R8 is an extremely quick car, but not quicker than the GTR. It's VERY close to the 2009-2011 years deal GTR, but this new gen is by far superior. And in my opinion, looks better. :]
That's cause your plain retarded apparently, its not a he said she said situation, its not a estimation, how fast the GTR has been proven time and time again and there are countless lap times and race footage to back it up... It is as fast as people say and there are plenty of videos and facts to prove it... But I would take the r8 over the gtr.. But I would take a R34 over an R8
The R8 is better looking, better interior, and an overall smoother and more refined driving experience with still plenty of thrills!
What point are you trying to make? I've drive both (GTR 2010) (R8 V10 2011) and the GTR was overall superior in my opinion. The Audi had a better sound without a doubt but otherwise GTR was my winner. I'm not basing anything on track times.
In what way? Personally the GTR trumps the R8 anyday. I will say, however, the R8GT is a sublime car. But the GTR all day anyday.

@Greyson maybe it's because many of us, myself included, like to see cars that are only subtley tuned. Not every car needs to be a petrol guzzling 1200 hp beast. Some of us sometimes prefer a more refined touch now and then.

The GTR is ok but the ascari a10 can go 0-60 in 2.8 seconds. and it's not that impressive just under 200 mph. Dont get me wrong I like the GTR but it's a bit boring tbh, anyway this GTR is pretty sweet :)

Why does CarBuzz feature cars that are pretty much stock? Do these companies pay them to get business? My GT-R looks 10x better than this. Can it be featured here? Losing respect for CB every time I open this app.
I dislike the GTR, but I just came here to say: Nissan Evo. With the blue on gold (bronze in this case, but whatever).
The wheels look too complicated or busy to me, the car itself it's one of my favorites.
Looks gorgeous, just like every other GTR I've ever seen, except for the stupid fast and furious one or whatever.
@ Zaire, no shit they didn't take the engine out of the r34 and put it in this, they kept the platform of a twin turbo 6 though. And it's boring in YOUR opinion.
I already parked next to a 2013 GT-R ohh yea and matt lol they didnt take the I6 and put it in the R35. plus it is a boring looking car but its my fav car of all time

@ matt let me break it down for you. Since this car is designed after the R34 that means nissan wasnt going after the supercar style but it is a supercar without the exotic flashy side. Do you get it now??
@zues. Look on supercar tag. Grt may look better than Veyron, Marussa, lykan Arab. Viper is close to Grt on look. BMW doesn't even list a super car. Just an opinion. Interior and performance not considered. Get what you paid for.

Same don't hate or love the looks. Looks great just something about it doesn't look super car good. You just know when it pulls up that it's an awesome car just definitely not 100% towards looks.
