Brabus used the 2013 Qatar Motor Show as a platform to unveil an updated version of its Widestar 800, which is now based on the 2013 G65 AMG having first appeared on a
G55. The super G-Wagon has received a hefty power upgrade, with its 6.0-liter bi-turbo V12 now producing 800 horsepower and 1,047 lb-ft of torque (limited to 811 lb-ft), up from the stock model's 612 hp and 737 lb-ft. That came about thanks to an ECU remap, the addition of four intercoolers under the Brabus carbon-fiber hood scoop, and a pair of air filter boxes in the front fenders.
