Designed with American and Asian tastes in mind, the Gloria concept was supervised by
Fiat Group design chief Lorenzo Ramaciotti. Crafted as a full-scale mock-up, it measures 4.7 meters long, over 1.9 m wide, just 1.3 m tall and rides on a 2.9m wheelbase – similar to a
Porsche Panamera. The design calls for either a V6 or V8 engine with twin turbos – which
Ferrari just recently developed for
Maserati, and could find their way into a new production Alfa sedan. OZ Racing sponsored the project, providing its 20-inch wheels and collaborating with the students on a unique iPad app to go with the concept car.
