Nope. Used NA automatics are still above this price tag. Cheapest TT manual I've seen is 22k with over 170k miles.

the stickers are a bit tacky and but at least theyre done a lot more tastefully than the riced civics out there. and get it right, that HKS sticker alone nets you 5 extra ponies
