Porsche 911 Carrera 4S by TechArt

TechArt gives the Porsche Carrera 4S some suspension tuning and an interior package with an abundance of green trim.

German tuning firm TechArt has just unveiled its latest upgrade package for the Porsche 911 Carrea 4S. No changes were made to the butt-mounted 3.8-liter flat-six. Instead TechArt opted to focus on the vehicle's exhaust system, front axle and various other dynamic elements inside and out. TechArt's new exhaust system features valve control and double center tailpipes that replace the stock equipment to give the car a more aggressive and sporty look that's intended to remind us of RSR models.

Drivers control this system via a sport button located on the center console, treating them to a more acoustic exhaust note. TechArt also offers its own double center tailpipes with black chromed or polished tips. Another new TechArt development is the noselift system which enables an additional 60 mm of ground clearance at the front spoiler. This system can be activated when the car is at both a standstill and while driving. Also available is a rear spoiler, side skirts and unique trims for the headlights and side mirrors, and the enhanced exterior styling is rounded off with a set of five-spoke 20- or 21-inch lightweight alloys.

Attention was also given to the interior with black leather and Emerald Green sport seats, a TechArt three-spoke steering wheel covered in leather and Alcantara with green stitching along with integrated paddle shifters in a matte black finish with even more green trim. This same green-themed trim continues in various dials and instruments including the Sport Chrono display. Pricing for the package hasn't been announced but TechArt plans to display its latest work at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
