Description: The Chevrolet Volt costs about $40,000 before a federal tax credit, which brings that price down to just over $32k. It's not a horrible price to pay for a state-of-the-art plug-in hybrid, but at ...Add Comments8

Why not enjoyable one, while you can, It's only money. Can't wait To get back to Canada and order one of these beauties
Carlos DorantesFeb 16, 2013 Mmmmmmm, Obummer must be so proud! What a POC!!!
Michael ManoloudisFeb 16, 2013 Do a search on the Volt concept vs the production car to get an idea of how much this will morph into something much less appealing.
Justin McLeodFeb 15, 2013 More like a battle between the caddy and the Lexus ct200h hatchback. That thing sells surprising well and if GM prices this well enough we could have a global alternative automotive battle here.
Justin McLeodFeb 15, 2013 People who can afford a $40k plus car do not want Chevy quality interiors and styling. This car will appeal to the broader range of people with money and should sell better than the volt, even it it does cost $10-15k more. Got lexus in the crosshairs
Justin McLeodFeb 15, 2013 I doubt it will be a failure, not with gas prices these days. GM is smart using the volt as a test mule and taking what they've learned putting it into this. There's more of a market for luxury hybrids.
David GomezFeb 15, 2013 They still can't find a better looking way to block out the grill?
Zachary SindelarFeb 15, 2013 If priced right it then it will be a great seller, but like any Caddy they always over price them.
Alex BouckleyFeb 15, 2013 This has commercial failure written all over it.
Description: A new report from Ward's Auto states that Cadillac's chief engineer, Chris Tomason, has made clear that future advancements of GM's range-extending technology will be implemented on the...Add Comments7
Andrew PalmerFeb 15, 2013 I was kinda wondering about the guts... Is this ELR going to have more? Like the 2.4 or 2.5? Or 2.0t? If they could push 220hp with the same Mpgs or close then they might have a keeper.
Rueben J YslasFeb 15, 2013 They don't have an ats-v yet.
Colby ChurchFeb 15, 2013 They have other cars for that guys, this is an electric car, it's what they want. They already have the CTS-V and ATS-V. They don't need more of the same thing, they need broader appeal.
Oscar GalvanFeb 15, 2013 Anyone who's looking for this type of market will not care if it's awd, rwd, or fwd,
Justin JohnsonFeb 19, 2013 One of the better looking cars on the road. Probably the best of the "lower" priced electrics and or hybrids.
As a matter of fact, the rear end of this car is sexy. It reminds me of the first generation Lex GS that came in 1993.
Dylan BruderFeb 15, 2013 They look pretty sharp too
Dale SchroederFeb 15, 2013 I've driven one for a couple days and it really is a nice car. Not enough to justify the price tag, but if it were in the $25k or so range I'd consider it as a daily driver.
Cian Mac GearailtFeb 15, 2013 I actually love this car mostly because of the state of the art engineering
Justin JohnsonFeb 19, 2013 Anyone that says this is ugly is lying to themselves. Hopefully it won't change too much. Caddy and Buick in terms of styling are the bread winners for the GM brand. Caddy has been evolving that chiseled glacier styling in pride. They made a boxy sty
Bren BrackenFeb 15, 2013 Nice? yes, 55-60k nice? Idk about that
Justin JohnsonFeb 19, 2013 The console color is eh but the interior is very nice
Jacob BurfordFeb 16, 2013 Take away the white, and it looks nice!
Dylan BruderFeb 15, 2013 It is all laid out pretty well and cleans easily
Tyler Ray DeFordFeb 15, 2013 Ah a flat black interior so classy and.....wtf is that?
Tracy Keiser DronFeb 15, 2013 that white shifter will prolly be grey after a bit of touching
Justin McLeodFeb 15, 2013 Compared to the caddy, I'd feel like I was driving an iPod if I was behind the wheel of this... I'm all for loosening the reigns on contemporary design, but it has to be tasteful and appealing, and this is neither of those...
Michael RasmussonFeb 15, 2013 I worked for a Chevy dealer and had a Volt for a weekend wasn't a bad car but the 30 mile range isn't worth the price tag. Unless you don't drive much. Also it's so low to the ground I wouldn't say its a good winter car.
Colby ChurchFeb 15, 2013 I don't think it looks bad.

Lol battle of the badge
Caddy looks soooo much better.
