McLaren P1 Poses in Bahrain

McLaren’s new supercar paused for a photoshoot at a vacant Bahrain International Circuit.

We're still a few weeks off the official unveiling, so any new shots of the McLaren P1 are most welcome. This latest photoshoot took place at the Bahrain International Circuit, near the British carmaker's Middle Eastern base and where it hopes to sell a significant number of its supercars. "We are very excited to be bringing the McLaren P1 to the United Arab Emirates," noted regional sales director Mark Harrison, "where our retail partner, Al Habtoor Motors, has confirmed a huge interest in the unique car."

"This year marks our 50th year anniversary, so it is apt that we are gearing up to launch a car that we feel will redefine the parameters for performance, on both circuit and road.
