I have a 1 1/2 gen older A4 that parks next to me at work and I know the other owner and I can see the difference between the two of them in an instant... But the average person going past just sees 2 Audis...

Any of the luxury brands are slow to change an image, and when they do change, they don't go 180 on the direction to where they disenfranchise their previous generation owners...

Less is more... If I go back home to the country and drive Benz... Everyone assume I'm successful to a point it's annoying... I take my Audi... That's nice... Where are these made again? No anti preconceptions with them and I love it for that...

@ nick, personally, I find the fact that they keep their cars fairly simple good. I find the simpler the car (obviously to a point) the better they age. Audi has a specialty in flashy lights, and aggressive fronts and rears. They don't over power it

Don't expect Audi to change much.. Their an awesome brand because they have created a unique tone that's subtle, easy on the eyes and appealing to those that opt for a more concealed luxury environment.. Think of Audi as the "new age jazz" of cars.

Am I alone here when I think that Audi's designs become outdated fairly quickly? I meant look at these plain body lines, they're just straight along the doors and fenders, and the grill design has been the same for ages. Thoughts?
