Yeah it does, but a q5 is quite a small suv so id rather have that running on gas. The q7 is a different story.

Diesel makes far more sense in an SUV.
Aaron Crisp Jan 08, 2013
Give us more diesels automakers!!!
JB Kolod Jan 08, 2013
Would rather have the diesel honestly
Tyler Tarbox Jan 08, 2013
I really wish I was going to the Detroit show now. Literally almost everything new is going to be there.
Sam Biggin Jan 08, 2013
Because all the s models start with the s before the name. E.g. S5 or s3
Jacob Lerklint Jan 08, 2013
Why didnt they name q5s?
Clay Williams Jan 08, 2013
At first I thought this was going to be an article about how other country's finally think the US can handle a diesel. I was quite disapointed.
Jordan Smith Jan 08, 2013
I still want them to make the diesel.
Phaidon Chrisostalis Jan 08, 2013
That's a huge diference in torque.
Jacob Burford Jan 09, 2013
Decent looking!

I had an A3 Sport Package and a Q5... They might look Similar in a picture... But in person it was night and day... This isn't a very flattering color on the Q... But... I'm sure in person, it has an awesome presence...

This looks nice and clean. Good to be free of the look at me swoops and slashes of so many oriental manufacturers.
Jay Kolvenbag Jan 08, 2013
Wow, those lines, all horizontally
Nick Sti Jan 08, 2013
It's like a fat S3
Darryle Moody Jan 08, 2013

Description: That makes it considerably more powerful than the Q5 3.0T that has topped the US range until now with its 272 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. The SQ5 is also 1.2 inches lower to the ground than other vers...

Loving the 4 exhausts
Darryle Moody Jan 08, 2013
The rear treatment is where the best design work was done. It is interesting to look at. The front looks like it is bored, in typical Audi fashion.
Lead Peddalin Jan 08, 2013
So nice, but I want the TDI.
Darryle Moody Jan 08, 2013
Get them painted or color-keyed replacements. It will clean up the look considerably.
