I hate this car, although I like the adjustable spoilers that help you steer, I've been dreaming about cars having those for years
0-60 times are overrated! It has nothing to do with how a car overall performs or the most important thing, driving feel! The Pagani is both a great performance car as prover by the lap time, but from the review, an amazing feeling car too!

They do mention in top gear that it has a better power to weight ratio than the Veyron. So it's not only about having a million horse powers. Lightweight is the second part to the equation
A pagani is an experience... At first u dont get what the car is all about but once u watch some of the videos and see how passionately its made it will definitely grow on you!

The only thing I'm not a fan of is the side mirrors. Other that that it looks pretty good to me!
I like the Huayra's styling. It's very unique and a work of art. Not to mention all of the awesome technology integrated everywhere. Looks may be subjective, but I think it looks great, and very clean. Not too busy.
I like the styling of this, it reminds me of a Venus fly trap or deep sea fish!
I wish this car had more power though 700 is a lot don't get me wrong But it's an amazing car If it had Veyron figures I would easily give my first born for one
It really isn't a nice looking car....tech and build are amazing but just not digging the design.....prefer the Zonda styling!

Peak hp is more a selling point than anything else I don't think most people on here understand what a powerband is
Lets not forget that a V-12 is used for more than just HP. There are things called musical notes. You would have to be sniffing some Romanian sewer grade glue to not like the sound of a V-12.
The 918 ,F150 and P1 will all surpass it , dont forget how good the brands above especially the porsche which seems to be the underdog

But they don't have the smoothness this motor carry or the torque curves either, company don't pick more cylinders just to get more power, there is more to cylinder selection then just making power, what kind of racing will it be doing, how do they want it to behave, where do they want the power to come in... many factors besides HP in the size of a motor stop being a stupid ass horse power whore

Wow, it's faster than the Ariel Atom. That's impressive, it's practically a go kart with a V8. Nice that Pagani can pull off performance like that, even with all of the luxury and technology incorporated. A very sweet package indeed.
This car is like looking at a Dali painting for me. The more I look the more detail i see. The Mirrors make sense when you look at the car straight on like this. They don't look out of place at all.
Always loved how DIFFERENT this car looked. The curve of the mirrors, the dot lights... Amazing.
It says Huayra twice in the rear. I'm guessing the larger font is to suffice the elderly's diminishing vision. Haha

There the lever to adjust the seats forward and back, and the whole point of then interior is to be over the top and a work of art, just like the pagani before it
At least they gave the tip of the p-brake extra protection. How embarrassing would that be if something leaked out it and splattered onto the leather interior?

Top gear is not a reliable source, it is just a tv show, the tests they do are not performed in the right way in order to trust them. It's all about money money
Did anyone notice how the windscreen wiper was totally in Hammond's way when he was driving? It was really in the field of vision. But then they did some external shots with a different setup and they'd moved the wiper to the right hand side?

How fast can you make a street car? I wouldn't bet against one of the big three new hypercars to do a sub 1:12:00 lap around there. With the pedigree that they all have anyone of those could be more than capable.

Agree with Tyler and William! The top gear track in my mind is the best way to compare lap times between production cars!
Not to mention that its also been the most controlled lap time testing, lap times are always set by the same driver so there completely fair, top gear shoukdnt be your got to source for your auto info, but that doesn't mean everything they do is irrevelent
@Cian. How is that sad? The Top Gear test track is one of the few tracks in the world that nearly every production perfromance car in the world has gone around

@well Pagani were developing the car for the last 7yrs that the Zonda was in production, thats a very long time (looks like all that hard work paid off!). The lap looked incredible, Ive never seen such a planted lap by a rwd supercar before. Braking was incredible too, it looked faster than anything road legal round that track. Well done Pagani!
