Cars and Coffee (and Tea) Iran

Cars & Coffee has finally made it to the Middle East, where car enthusiasts prefer a hot cup of cha while checking out some fine-looking metal.
While carmakers are pulling out of the Islamic Republic en masse and the government has banned the import of certain high-end motors, Iran's car enthusiast community is swelling with new groups mushrooming throughout the country. From Tehran to Isfahan, its Café Racers group recently launched a new group and celebrated the anniversary of another, while the world-renowned Cars and Coffee meet has finally made it to Iran, albeit tea was added to the mix. Cars on show were dominated by classic BMWs with a smattering of Mercedes.
