If not aerodynamic load, then some sort of resistance to making the truck move, which of course will decrease fuel efficiency.
But there is always a trade off, and in this case it will be increased aerodynamic load that would otherwise give the truck better fuel economy.
I'm guessing the shutters are aerodynamic; around the radiator abs bumper area?

So the doors are like those on pickup trucks? You have to open the front doors in order to open the back doors. Not the most brilliant idea.

Yes it looks good... N they finally got the grill in the right spot with the right size... But I would like to see different head lights tho... And I still think Lincoln need to move upscale with Bentley n Royal Royce but with a ford price tag
I like this a lot, I hope Lincoln keeps taking steps to set them apart from ford and just appearing as if they're offering Lincoln trim levels of fords. They need this brand to compete with Cadillac. Now if they just need some more performance models

I'm a GM guy, but I recognize when a competitor executes a job nicely, and this is executed very well. Nice design language.

Well if your going to steal, do so from the best. I think it looks brilliant. Just about anything that is done well is a derivative of something else, just with a different twist. Works for the entertainment industry.

David, you may be right, but saying that they stole the grill design from BMW is ignorant. Lincoln has been going that way for a while now. Not to mention it was a design done by Oldsmobile and Pontiac fairly regularly as well
With all the reverse engineering that takes place between automobile manufacturers, it was inevitable that designs would get similar styling eventually, even if it's often just coincidence.
They're ripping other carmaker designs. BMW and the double grille and Porsche with the taillights... Not cool, Lincoln. Not cool.

I don't think of the NSX, Corvette, or 911 as a Supercar. The F40 was a Supercar. XJ220 was a Supercar. Ruf CTR/2. The NSX was amazing for what it was but it was not a Supercar. Technology wise maybe but the numbers didn't match.

It was a supercar throughout the 90s. They should've either discontinued it earlier, or improved upon it after the 90s, because it lost its supercar title in the 00s

I wouldn't call this a super car, supercar titlles need to be earned, and just cause the first nsx was a good car dosnt mean this one earned the supercar title. A very nice car yes but they need to stop calling it a super car
