A) There's very little/no chance a new Wrangler is due in '15 with sales still so high and a very recent refresh. B) I'm with Michael!
Wtf jeep! The wrangler/cj has always been your backbone. You had the 4 door wrangler concept in the 90's but didn't pull the trigger till '07! And it sold like crazy!(got one) Make a removable hardtop truck version with a small diesel! And MT!
Is the next-gen Wrangler really due in 2015, or is Carbuzz just making up numbers again? The YJ came out in 1987, TJ in 1997, and JK in 2007, so I'm assuming we won't see the next Wrangler until 2017.
I'd love to see Jeep bring back some of the more classic models like the Wagoneer, and a pickup like the Scrambler. It's such a great brand!
I actually like it, I was afraid it was going to look to "out of the box" like other car companies. But Chrysler kept it simple and practical. Might get it after paying off my Avenger.
Idk about you guys but it gets very annoying going camping and having no place for the firewood when we take the Wranglers out! Of course we make it work but I would definitely buy a Wrangler pickup.
The point of a Jeep truck isn't so much as using it like a traditional truck, but its a niche vehicle. It's for people who want a jeep with the ability to have a bed for whatever reason. It's a great idea personally.

The h3 pick up failed cause it was a piece of shit, its bed was useless, and the truck in general was extremly bad, was basically an over weight and ugly taho shoved onto the frame from a Chevy Colorado, doomed to fail from the start
I think it's perfect. Offer different cab and bed sizes so we have options. It's smaller bed then a pickup but still a full size truck.
The H3 pickup (if you can call it that) was more akin to the Honda Ridgeline. There's still a huge following for small pickups like the Ranger and S-10, and if done correctly this would sell like hotcakes.
Ok that just looks wrong. They need to look at the h3 pickup for advice and predictions of sales.
If they refreshed the 4.7 and got a little more power out of it it would be great
Well I wouldn't want the 4.7 in it. The Cummins won't fit and they wouldn't put the 6.4 Hemi in it. The new diesel would be nice too that's gonna be in the GC. But not everyone will want a diesel.
They could put the diesel from the new Grand Cherokee
At least the 5.7? But that's the top of the line engine for the Ram.
I'd say at least put the 5.7 Hemi in it.
Put a small Cummins I-6 in and this should sell amazingly. As awful as the compact pickup truck market is right now, it's finally the perfect time.
I thought the reason they haven't built it is because the Toledo plant wouldn't be able to handle the new model without upgrading it in some way. I know they're barely keeping up with demand as it is.

Jeep pickups used to be really useful in the farm, far more versatile than a full size pickup, and far more robust than the small size pickups everyone was building.
