Better then electric cars and boring ass hybrids, diesel is a proven technologhy in both mpg and performance, and with current diesel technology there also better for the eviroment. Then gas and electric power trains

Common people you would really pick a diesel supercar over v12 petrol? Diesel is designed to do mileage like a business car or taxi not a sport car! I don't wanna offend anyone but that's just wrong!

@CB first of all. I dont like oversized rims. there's a difference between big rims and crazy sized rims. 20's looks right on certain cars as well as 18's. There's nothing wrong with an auto. so please just hop off my jock.
I work for Acura & this car is down right ugly. The Front, back, side & wheels are garbage. There is nothing original about this car. Exterior front & sides looks very similar to McLaren mp4-12c. And the interior is straight outta the aventador.
Looks quiet ok but I would take the NSX from 90s over this one anytime! Cant beat the pop up lights!
@aaron, I'm not hating completely on hybrids but seriously the only reason in mad is that they put these hybrid engines in exotic supercars which raises the price crazy high, if they went with a v8-10, it would be affordable.

At first I hated the latest gen TL's beak nose, and the redesign looked better. But over time it's kinda grown on me, call me crazy but I like the original big beak nose now more than the smaller redesign. I like the Ron Jon grille most of all though
I think the front end of this thing is GORGEOUS. I have a 07 TL-S and IMO those gen TL's & TSX's had the best looking grilles. They were simple, stylish, sleek and to the point with no nonsense. Why update something that doesn't need to be changed?
I used to hate the beak grill but they toned it way down and made it pretty nice
I for one think that we're about to witness the last years of the supercar and possibly the car as we know it. Cars have always excited us in the past no matter what method they use for propulsion. The future will be no different.
Get used to hybrids because we're all going to be driving some variation of one in the future. Besides, there's a potential for better performance with hybrids coupled with greater efficiency. Why not have your cake and eat it too?
And also why a hybrid engine why not a regular one?!? Tired of hybrids
I honestly don't notice the beak. I think It actually accents the car well. And it's a lot smaller than some the beaks on other acura's (but I don't mind the so called beak grill)
I do like the car alot but every time i look at the frontthat beak just steals my eye and kills it for me, and the back i think needs a redesign, does not match the agressive front end at all
@ William. Totally agree with you on the bird beak thing but it seems as though they've toned it down a little on this version. I think the last one was chrome if I recall...
Its nice looking but i hate thatbacura bird beak thing its got going on and the back end is less then appealing, just dosnt match the front imo

One car I would like to have! In my opinion, it looks like a sharper Audi R8, but still very well done as it is right now.
Yeah this car is perfect except for the wheels, but it looks like they might be functional, maybe channeling air toward the brakes? It looks like it has like fins on it
On the profile it looks like nothing new at all, maybe its the color and those hopeless rims

This car reminds me a lot of the tru 140s or whatever Chevrolet concept that came out last year. Of course the nsx is mechanically leaps and bounds ahead of the Chevy they have similar side profiles
There is no drama to this. It is actually boring. Functional, probably. Sexy? Not even close.

Definitely see styling cues from the current honda lineup. It's more that we're seeing a bit of the NSX in the Accord given that manufacturers tend to stylize their lineup with motifs from flagship concept cars it's not surprising.
I do see accord. The last nsx looked like a race car to me. This is very mild in my opinion

I agree with Darryle the back when compared to the front is extremly boring, hopefully they fix that before production.. its to safe looking to be honest
The rear treatment is borderline sad looking. The diffuser is angled outwardly instead of vertically. Does not appear well conceived.

I have a picture of an interior from an LFA I saw at a car show and this interior is almost identical. I looked back and forth a few times to make sure but yea it's straight out of an LFA. With that being said I can't wait to see how this thing runs!
I didn't see too much of this type of center console (by my knowledge) aside from the last NSX before the Lamborghini Aventador. It's absolutely a new and futuristic looking interior. Maybe add some black on the headliner and seats but otherwise good

Waaaaaay to much red. Red seats can only look good if the rest of the upholstery is black. It looks tacky as hell. The red material in the center of the seats looks cheap and awkward. Also the red on the steering wheel needs to go. Looks like a cover

Aye they all look good. The Corvette, the Viper, and the NSX. You can't say no to that. I do however think this looks a bit too similar to the LFA's interior.

Matt, this has the same layout of some cars from the 90s and early 2000s.
Bad Acura bad now go back to the blueprints and think about what you've done, if you put in a 6-speed manual transmission in the car all will be forgiven
The red leather and alcantara is fantastic. They didn't go crazy with carbon fiber, and the restraint of its use is well done. Excellent job here.
My opinion is that they just use a modern version of the first gen NSX interior and maybe is the LFA that copy them in the first place :P
It's funny that Porsche originally designed this up sloping console for the CGT to raise the position of the shifter similarly to a race car...... And now it's being done on cars with no console shifter..
Other than the overkill on the red, this looks pretty nice. I like how the pillars at the windows are small for better visibility. And the "oh crap" handle bar goes with the flow I the car look
Uhh LFA much, is it just me or does this resemble the LFA's interior quite a bit? Not saying that's a bad thing but the center console looks very similar.
Nice interior, the only similarity I see with this and the LFA is the center console sloping up and the race car steering wheel with the flat bottom. I think the color combo is what makes people think they are similar. Btw I think the LFA might have the best steering wheel period!

The shapes and lines of thendash scream honda, but the general shape and lay out of the dash and center counsel look alot like the lfa's interior... very nice interior
The center console's width appears to be very good. Not to wide and not to narrow. Nice details with compartments.
