Love the new look sharp
kimhanson Jan 17, 2013
Implemented designer's idea too much. Need to be trimmed. But it shows a tip what next Genesis would look alike...
Jeremy Kertgate Jan 15, 2013
Hyundai just go away!!! Agh
Greg Kenerly Jan 15, 2013
A BMW 5 with Hyundai badges? Sorry but no.
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 14, 2013
I'm digging it, just the grill needs mesh not bars like an Audi they need to shake it up but it's worthy, I'd buy it as like a retirement car.
Trent Griffin Jan 14, 2013
Love it....build it!
Zeus Mocha Jan 14, 2013
Did they run into a wall?
Alex Bouckley Jan 14, 2013
I want to barf right now. Almost as much as when the updated Genesis coupe came out. The first one was the best!
Jacob Burford Jan 14, 2013
UGLY! I also hate how they think they are like Bentley with the badge!
Jason Brown Jan 14, 2013
The emblem is the one they have been using for a long time for local models. It is derived from the Equus emblem turned flat. Not the best looking, but a good direction of boldness and evolution of old designs. Peter had a lot to do with this design.
Lee Oleinick Jan 14, 2013
Looks like an ugly catfish
Jon Ashley Jan 14, 2013
If this is the future of hyundai, I won't be doing any business with them anytime soon. The interior looks amazing, the exterior is just awful in my opinion.
Joe Talerico Jan 14, 2013
Edgy, but a little to far towards weird for me. Bring it back a little to the middle, please.
Ty Schuring Jan 14, 2013
@pablo I totally agree
Pablo Herasme Jan 14, 2013
The front needs some work but the rest is fine
Ryan Spencer Jan 14, 2013
With clay that is, not with Borphan.
Ryan Spencer Jan 14, 2013
Agreed...
Clay Williams Jan 14, 2013
Ghastly
Borphan Limthong Jan 14, 2013
Hyundai is a breath of fresh air to the auto industry
Thomas William Tuer-sipos Jan 14, 2013
It looks good!
William Downs Jan 14, 2013
I like it, something different
Sonia Holmes Jan 14, 2013
BMW M3, Audi A7, Vauxhall Insigia and Merc C - it looks like a mix of the aforementioned cars. I like it thiygh
Matt Piccolo Jan 14, 2013
Oh god, this is hideous.
Brad Henson Jan 14, 2013
That emblem on the front is the one they use in Korea I believe, I've seen a genesis with the same emblem in town
Barry Stewart Jan 14, 2013
Audi should be proud that so many companies are competing with them, look at how Hyundai designer gave up and just took the Audi corporate grill! Lol
Steven Luginsland Jan 14, 2013
It's look like an Audi A7, that's definitely not a bad thing...
Darren Martin Jan 14, 2013
Oh my god this is beautful
William Downs Jan 14, 2013
If that looks like the merc excelero im a billionare, the merc was very ling and pointed, this is big and butch
Jesse Williams Jan 14, 2013
That emblem on the front kind of looks like a Chrysler or a Bentley emblem.
Darryle Moody Jan 14, 2013
They did not copy, they basically stole the front end from the Mercedes-Benz Excelero concept. We know the Koreans are not original but this is ridiculous.

Hemmo Karja Jan 15, 2013
I love the profile. And i hope the front end, wich i dont like too much, will grow on me
Alex Pritsert Jan 15, 2013
Everyone are trying to copy Audi A7 now.
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 15, 2013
Does it come in black....
Jon Ashley Jan 14, 2013
I'm liking the clean lines.
Derrick McCarthy Jan 14, 2013
That pprofile is gorgeous they fell asleep up front tho...
Dylan Gregori Page Jan 14, 2013
@phil I agree that front end is a serious fail
Phil Johnson Jan 14, 2013
I love the profile. But I hate that front end!
Darryle Moody Jan 14, 2013
The rear is VW Audi A7.
Dylan Gregori Page Jan 15, 2013
The exhaust is funny looking
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 14, 2013
I like the sick taillights
Trent Griffin Jan 14, 2013
Avant Garde styling.....slick
Joe Talerico Jan 14, 2013
Like it from this angle.
Derrick McCarthy Jan 14, 2013
Err maybe not the lid.
Derrick McCarthy Jan 14, 2013
Lol @ clay. I kinda like how the tail lights go up on the trunk lid here.
Janak Solanki Jan 14, 2013
I am not a Hyundai advocate at all, but from this angle, this design is very, very clean.
Clay Williams Jan 14, 2013
Looks terrible from every angle except from the top of a cliff looking down its flaming remains.
Phil Johnson Jan 14, 2013
Looks great at every angle but the front...
Dylan Bruder Jan 14, 2013
Funky
Darryle Moody Jan 14, 2013
Rims are nice. Although the wheel surface could have used a little concavity, for surface tension.
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 15, 2013
Definitely original
Jacob Burford Jan 14, 2013
It's no better back here either!
Hemmo Karja Jan 15, 2013
Man i hope these suicide doors make it to the production
Graham Young Jan 15, 2013
Love the suicide doors And I hope most of it makes it into production
Greg Kenerly Jan 15, 2013
If it does have suicide doors, which it won't, it'd be awesome.
Jason Brown Jan 15, 2013
Hyundai and Kia both currently use it.
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 14, 2013
Suicide doors ftw!!! Been a long time since a car used those
Jason Brown Jan 14, 2013
Clay, no one is questioning your dumbness. Suicide doors have been used in many designs in just about all major car manufactures. It is very effective and convenient for urban life. With tight parking in Mega cities, it just makes sense.
Clay Williams Jan 14, 2013
Suicide doors? Really? How dumb do they think we are?
Brendan Crawford Jan 14, 2013
Rolls Royce totally!
Dylan Bruder Jan 14, 2013
That's easy access
Carlos Eduardo Gaviria Jan 14, 2013
Concept cars are designed so they can study a new design language and somewhat incorporate it into the brand. But of course the car as a whole is never meant to make it into production
William Downs Jan 14, 2013
Thats the dumbest question i have ever heard... its a concept car, and concwpt cars almost never make it to priduction in concept form
Darryle Moody Jan 14, 2013
You are probably very correct.
Nick Schnee Jan 14, 2013
We all know it's not gonna look anything like this, so why bother drawing?
Blake Antil Jan 15, 2013
I think this has a cup holder. If it is one i know A cup holder but look at the back part of the center console. That looks like a soda can. Or is it something else?
Jonny Carter Jan 15, 2013
Beautiful!
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 14, 2013
Also it needs a goddamn cupholder!
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 14, 2013
The only thing I don't like is the stupid bar thing diving the middle I drop stuff all the time in my car. Lol, bad idea
Trent Griffin Jan 14, 2013
Awesome
Blake Antil Jan 14, 2013
@Trey why would you need a cup holder when the passenger has room to lay out a full spread on that TV tray of a dashboard?
Janak Solanki Jan 14, 2013
Very impressive.
Jason Brown Jan 14, 2013
Hyundai has working on voice command and voice synthesis with Korea Telecom to put into their future vehicles. Similar to the one used in Samsung Domestic smart phones. It will be interesting if people will actually want this tech in a car.
Kevin Lavier Jan 14, 2013
Okay. I personally am very happy to see hyundai doing this. I admit that the exterior is a little off but that interior is beautiful and if they do anything like this then they might be up there with audi bmw and merc. Maybe even jag
Trey Reilly Jan 14, 2013
Where do I put my beer?! Jk drinking and driving is dumb. But seriously, no storage or cup holders?
Johnny Matias Jan 14, 2013
Why can't someone on this universe make a modern functional interior like this? Even if its a super exclusive super luxury that cost $2,000,000, just prove this kind of interior is possible. They would be swimming in cash from it...
Kyle Rawn Jan 14, 2013
I want this interior. NOW.
Thomas William Tuer-sipos Jan 14, 2013
That steering wheel is pretty cool looking
Brendan Crawford Jan 14, 2013
Not many toys you can see!
Darryle Moody Jan 14, 2013
That interior is pure concept and will never make production. But interesting nonetheless.
Sean Micheal Truly Jan 20, 2013
Back seats look a bit too bolstered to be that comfortable for normal driving. But then again, this will be a "sport" luxury car.....the coupe can be the full on sports car. Just looks a bit impractical, that interior
Jonathan Tjandra Jan 15, 2013
I almost forget this is a hyundai, the think what i want to say is this interior looks awesome
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 15, 2013
I like to feel good riding in a backseat. Big pillows not a bad thing
Darryle Moody Jan 14, 2013
They look a little too soft. Sort of like a big pillow.
Author Norman R. Colson Jan 15, 2013
Crazy I see the genesis logo too
Janak Solanki Jan 14, 2013
It says Genesis in the tail light.
Michael Nascimento Jan 14, 2013
Lexus LFA style
Edward Galligan Dec 07, 2013
Never gonna happen
