Bimmerfest Puts the M in Maryland

Hundreds of Bimmers gather in MD for the 2nd annual gathering of Bavaria's finest.

The 2nd annual Bimmerfest East took place just a couple of weeks ago at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, Maryland. The event, sponsored by Turner Motorsport, saw some of the best BMWs both past and present appear from up and down the East Coast. Chris Walsh Photography was on hand at the event and traveled there in a caravan from Hunt Valley, Maryland. On the open road they saw a Z3 and plenty of M-badged models making their way to the gathering.

The mega-gallery below shows plenty of BMW racecars from several generations, tuned models of all shapes and sizes, a few stock cars in various loud colors and more than a few rare models usually not seen at your local car show. Hundreds of cars made it out to the event, making the 2012 edition of Bimmerfest East the best yet.
