@Colby, I think I prefer the last Magnum better, looks a lot cleaner in the front end.
I like this body style better than the newest one that they made. The newer one is ugly, they could have made a better predessessor.
Looks like u need to fix your driveway. Not a fan of wagons since the Nomad but best looking other than the CTS wagon

I wasn't against a wagon, but just married/baby/crap job, could afford a used 6, let alone the beast. Now if it was still in production, I may not have ended up with my challenger.
I had one but sold it cause it was not a very fuel efficient engine And bought an R8 instead 😃
The only thing people complained about from these were the transmissions. So if I get one I'm upgrading the tranny right off the bat. That old 5 speed from the Merc was HORRIBLE.

I think cars (models) should made like they were way back in the 60s. Have a coupe, sedan, wagon. For instance it would be the Charger sedan, wagon and coupe
I drive a 77 Chevy Caprice Classic and I have never driven a car that has gotten more attention. Wagons are cool and the magnum and CTS prove it.
Don't hate on Vista Cruisers! You could literally cruise the Vistas in one of those!
Wagons should come back, now that the kids of the 80s/90s (who grew up riding in uncool minivans) are starting to have families and need bigger vehicles.

I read online that with chryslers new-found wealth, they were interested in making a wagon niche with the magnum nameplate the same way cadillac made the CTS wagon with no hope of turning a profit, but just to have in their lineup. Fingers crosses!!!
HAHAHAHA!!! Man I would love to see the soccer moms all lining up, burning some rubber to get their tires nice and sticky. Then you hear little billy on the field, "oh great, mom's racing again. Can I get a ride home with you John."
These just didn't do well at the time because there wasn't a huge wagon market. But that's what I like about Chrysler is that they aren't scared to go out on a limb every now and then and make something different.
Just like the SRT8 Charger, M5, CTS-V, etc. It's doesn't compromise performance for practicality. I don't think you understand the point of this car. Plus, wagons are unique in their own right and I completely understand why people like em.
Michael you can get these used (SRT8) in the low 20k area. That's not really that expensive. And some people want more space for cargo and people. Of course this isn't the car that everyone would choose as a toy. It's a family vehicle with balls.
What I'm saying is that if someone was looking for a muscle car with a lot of power, 9/10 people wouldn't say 'I want a Magnum', they would think of the Charger, or the challenger, or the mustang. All good cars, for more or less the same price.

No I would choose this. Plus the 5.7 hemi isn't the biggest engine they put in these. If your really so hurt over a 5.7 hemi them you would hate the 6.1 hemi that were put in the SRT
Well first off, those cost way more than this, and they don't make these anymore so you gotta appreciate the value of the thing. This isn't my favorite car, by far it isn't, but its a more affordable alternative than those cars.
I do understand Fun. But I really don't think if I told someone, what's yor favorite muscle car. That they would answer with the dodge Magnum, same for if I asked what your favorite station wagon is, it would probably be something like the Cadillac or the Audi.

@michael You do realize that your great german wagons, Mercedes, BMW and Audi all offer V8s in wagons. Some of them are even twin-turbo. Please research before commenting

The title says "least boring". And these were nice wagons when they were out. An srt8 would always catch my eye if I saw one.

I used to drive the 08 srt8 magnum. It's sitting under my parents garage covered. Only 12k miles on it. It had the dodge costume paint job on it. It's like a blue color. I don't know the but man the color is amazing on it

I have an '06 R/T and I love it! Though I should have bought the SRT-8! I hope they revive it. You see more and more wagons every day. Imagine the new Charger, turned wagon... yes.
I've always thought these were ugly little things, the charger of the same time looks way better to me...
Loved these cars! It's a shame they killed them off. But maybe we'll be lucky someday soon.... :)
