2013 Lexus LS to Debut on July 30

Lexus may have inadvertently dropped a bombshell on their Facebook page.

Could the new 2013 Lexus LS be making its much-anticipated debut later this month? According to a quickly-deleted post on Lexus UK's official Facebook page, Toyota's luxury arm may very well be planning its launch as early as July 30th. The crew over at Lexus Enthusiast was able to catch the quote before the British office of the Japanese automaker deemed the sensitive information too hot for the sultry walls of Facebook.

The quote reportedly said, "On Monday 30th July Lexus will reveal a new flagship model in California. The LS range will soon include the all-new LS F Sport! We'll have more information over the coming weeks." So a new LS and LS F Sport before the end of July? Sounds good to us. Expect both LS 460 and hybrid LS 600h versions to appear in two wheelbase lengths. The 2013 Lexus LS is expected to take its cues from the LF-Gh concept (pictured) that debuted at the 2011 New York Auto Show. Whatever form it takes, we anticipate the launch of the new range-topping Lexus in the weeks to come.
