Jay Leno to Auction Rare Fiat 500 for Charity

Celebrity talk show host donates his 500 Prima Edizione to benefit wounded soldiers at Pebble Beach.

Jay Leno is known for collecting cars as much as he is for hosting talk shows, but now the famous comedian is selling one of his prized possessions. The car in question is a Fiat 500 - but not just any Fiat 500. No, it's not the Abarth model he recently drove, but one of the rare Prima Edizione models with which Fiat launched its arrival in the North American market. Leno's is only the second such Opening Editions, numbered 00002, decked out in white with black stripes.

The celebrity car is being auctioned by Gooding & Company at the upcoming Pebble Beach event on August 18, where it is expected to fetch between $25,000 and $35,000.
