Hamann Tunes Panamera Cyrano

Laupheim-based tuner Hamann Motorsport has revealed its updated Cyrano program for the Porsche Panamera.

Exotic tuner extraordinaire Hamann has turned its attention to the Porsche Panamera with a tuning kit it calles Cyrano. The kit offers more power, fresh looks, tighter handling and a customized interior. By recalibrating the ECU of the 4.8-liter V8 Turbo model, Hamann has increased output from 500 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque to 580 hp and 605 lb-ft, enabling the super sedan to sprint to 62 in four seconds and with the additional Sport Chrono Package dropping it to 3.8, with top speed rising to 197 mph.

More power requires better handling, and this has been managed by fitting a new air suspension that drops the car 30 mm closer to the tarmac, and adding a new set of 22-inch Unique Forged Gunmetal alloys. A custom body kit - consisting of larger air intakes, a carbon fiber hood, 60-mm wider front and rear fenders, new side skirts, a rear diffuser and a GT rear wing - is complemented by a set of daytime running lights integrated into the air intakes. Finally Hamann provides a custom interior package with Alcantara, carbon and aluminum trim and leather floor mats.
