These LFAs cement the supercars standing as one of the most colorful around.
You all know the story of the Lexus LFA
by now. The Japanese supercar has a big engine and uber-sexy styling and a limited production run of 500 units. Like any good supercar, it is extremely customizable, with 30 different paint options to pick from. Despite having a ton of choices, most folks still choose bland colors. Some of the rarest LFAs are the ones sporting the paint that no one wanted-here's looking at you, Black Amethyst. The made-to-order paint jobs are especially awesome because they make the ultra-rare LFA even rarer.
It's tough to believe that there's only one Steel Gray LFA in the great state of California. This particular model belongs to Dan Davidson, owner of Lexus
of Riverside. Steel Gray is a bit on the safe side when it comes to colors, but it's still a solid choice and it fits the LFA very well.
There is currently only one chrome-wrapped LFA in the world, and it resides in Australia. The chrome supercar was wrapped by Exotic Graphix of Melbourne, Australia, and looks absolutely stunning. Your move, Justin Bieber.
Take a good, long look at the Black Amethyst LFA because it's the only one you'll ever see. Lexus first showed the car on its Facebook page, announcing that it had retired the color after only one model. The Black Amethyst LFA has a little too much lavender going on, but it's not enough to make the supercar look ridiculous.
Bright colors are in this summer, which could explain why LFA owner number 250 decided to cover his car in bright green paint. The paint job has been compared to everything from a pistachio to the team colors for the Scottish soccer club Celtic FC. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.
The jury is still out as to what this black on teal LFA actually is. Is it a special edition model that's simply stretching its legs, or is it just a normal LFA with an awesome paint job? Either way, this car is colorful and eye-catching, with a paint job that won't be found on another LFA anytime soon.
