Must-See: 1,200hp Underground Racing Twin-Turbo Lambo Aventador

From the makers of the most powerful Gallardos on the planet comes an Aventador capable of some serious evil.

Underground Racing has made a name for themselves as the kings of Lamborghini power, with several Gallardos that absolutely burn the roadways all the way from here to Russia. A day after witnessing a 1,500whp Gallardo hit 251mph at the Moscow Unlim track, the crew at UR have released a video showing their twin-turbo kit for the latest flagship in Lamborghini's lineup, the Aventador. The stock Lamborghini Aventador packs a powerful 700hp 6.5-liter V12 engine that can move it from rest to 60mph in 2.9 sec.

That number has been improved to an astounding 2.2 seconds thanks to a pair of UR's ridiculous turbochargers. That gives the Raging Bull bragging rights over the 2.4 second sprint of the Bugatti Veyron SuperSport and the Koenigsegg Agera R's 2.9 seconds. Check out the Raging Bull in action below.

TheSmokingTire makes a terrific point in noting that the Aventador carries an all-wheel-drive configuration and is lighter than the Bugatti Veyron, so a lightning-fast sprint time would make sense with the addition of those wicked turbochargers. Underground Racing says there is more to come from the Lamborghini Aventador, as they have yet to release any top speed details for the Italian supercar.
