Is this vehicle street legal? If so, where? If this car was rear ended (or rolled over) it would be lights out for any occupants in the back. A simple rain storm would make for uncomfortable times, too.

I fail to see the practicality here. You lose the back seats you would use in a car, and wouldn't be able to haul anything you would use a truck for. If you want a car get a car. Want a truck, get a truck
It wouldn't be able to haul much, it all boils down to its lack of low end torque. This is a high strung machine that revs to 8,000 rpm and beyond. And I love the M3 four door, more so than the coupe. There's just something about sporty 4 door cars
Except for the black on the back of the cab, i like it. Well, the black is ok, not the pattern. I'll trade my dodge nitro for it any day.

It's not based off a Holden ute... It was an E39 M5 sedan with the sides of an E39 wagon with a heap of custom work... Google it if you need to, had a heap of man hours put into it

oh looks like they did touch the e36...well its not bad but i like it better in its original state
dang, this e36 looks almost just as good! not quite as professional of a job as that e39, but still pretty damn sweet
although the thought of BMW releasing pickups seems odd and sounds like it should never happen, i think BMW can actually accomplish making a pickup truck. maybe not an amazing one but definitely sturdy and good looking
