Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Edition Testing at the Nurburgring
The outgoing 6.2-liter V8 is sounding as sweet as ever.
What is set to be the most insane car Mercedes has ever created was spied at the 'Ring. The AMG SLS Black Edition was caught testing out its rumored 660hp V8.
It seems the 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated V8 will be bowing out in style, as the unit is all set to leave the range, and it couldn't sound any better. Stylistically, the SLS AMG Black Series will follow the pattern of previous special editions with wider wheel arches and optimized aerodynamics. Hopefully we'll start seeing more of the car and learning about its specs in the near future.
