Renault Clio RS Put Through its Paces

The hot version of the Clio is getting a proper workout ahead of its anticipated debut.

Renault has been testing their Clio for quite some time now, as we have spotted it going through several stages of development. The French brand is making no secret of their latest project based on the Clio either, as the hot version of the trendy little hatch. The Renault Clio RS is wearing a full cloak of camouflage, however we can still make out its bigger air intakes on the front bumper, bigger wheels, brakes and rear diffuser between the twin exhaust pipes.

The Clio RS carries over the standard Clio's LED daytime running lights, however they have been moved towards the upper parts of the intakes on the bumper. The Clio RS could back as much as 200hp from its turbocharged plant when it arrives in 2013.
