I'm tempted to call staged on this. The way she just suddenly cuts into the wall and shoots up the ramp looks deliberate, and the car didn't roll back until the guy just happens to walk by the entrance. Looks too fishy to me.

Accidents like this happen every day. Women drivers are a serious threat for the human kind, I once read about a women who had a kid stuck on her car after she drove into him and drove all the way home without noticing.
