Micah what you call cracking the throttle is only revving it to about 3-4000rpm. Doubt you've ever heard one at redline and if you did you wouldn't find it annoying

I had something similar with my Nova once. I had to start it up and rev it a bit when it was cold early evening and this guy comes running out of his house screaming at me! It wasn't even that late!
