Spied: Aston Martin DB9 Successor

We hope to see the car in all its glory sometime in the summer.

Only yesterday we brought you news that Aston Martin will introduce an all-new model in the summer. CEO Dr. Ulrich Bez confirmed that finishing touches were being made to a 'remarkable' new car that 'will be a mainstream Aston.' The car being alluded to is almost certainly the DB9's successor, and amazingly it has just been spied on the motorway in Antwerp, Belgium. Pictures taken of the rear and side show a partially masked Aston, sporting a relatively large boot-lid spoiler and revised diffuser with newly-positioned twin exhausts.

Design cues for the DB9's successor, which may carry the DB10 or DBC moniker, are expected to come from the One-77 supercar. However from these spy shots it looks like Aston have stuck pretty close to the lines of the DB9. Power is expected to come from a 6.0-liter V12 that delivers 550hp and a four-second 0-62mph sprint time.
