I saw this air cooled car before on tv and I guess alot of Nazis enjoyed the car alot. And I believe the country they took over of they said continue the production of it
I thibk the ground is sloped so they rsised the platform off the ground to level it.
Car is tall. Once had the honor of siting in one, it's surprisingly high of the ground and absolutely massive, in all dimensions

Hard to believe this car is 40 years old. Used the engine that was later to power the 2002 turbo a few years later.

@ricky your wrong, only the front and rear bumper were made out of plastic. most cars are partially made out of plastic. because plastic is a resistant lightweight material.
What a supercar this car was,but imagine it with a BMW V10 or even their V8 this car would be very Devine,that is what dreams are made of
