As winter testing turns into sludge we can look forward to spying the cars of 2013 driven in the sunshine. And what better way to bring in the summertime than with the upcoming Porsche 911 (991) Turbo wearing very little camouflage spotted with its top down. The new convertible will most likely produce an output slightly above the 530hp and 516lb-ft of torque of the current Turbo S. An upgraded PDK-S dual clutch transmission will also likely be offered along with a seven-speed manual.

The 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet should arrive on the market in 2013 complete with a twin-turbocharged flat-six engine, new active rear spoiler, bigger rear-wheel arches and additional cooling vents all around. The 911 Carrera's new reinforced convertible top will carry over to the turbo cabriolet, which could well make its debut at the Paris Motor Show at the end of September.
