I already saw official photos of it. It's called Urus.
Ken Louise Apr 21, 2012
Bleh. Not looking forward to this. Cool for a car? Yes. Cool for a Lamborghini? No.
Pierre E Jean Apr 20, 2012
The first official photos are on the web, its called the Lamborghini Urus and it looks pretty dang cool imo
Skyler Herring Apr 20, 2012
Why y'all even mad? Shits gonna be tight. So what if they dive into other markets. I've got to back all of it. Too fresh
Ethan Amo Apr 20, 2012
No, no, lamborghini, PLEASE PLEASE do not d
Andrew McNeal Apr 20, 2012
1996? Lamborghini has produced some of the best cars ever made WAY before 1996. What about the Countach? Miura? Diablo? They had an SUV before, sometime in the '80s, Saddam Hussein had one. They need to stick with super cars!
Eric Henning Apr 20, 2012
R.I.P. my respect for Lamborghini 1996-2012
John Serely Apr 20, 2012
@kenvin yea that's what I was trying to say
Andy Clouthier Apr 20, 2012
Unfortunately it's all about the cash. Re-using an existing platform, and charging an assload of money for it. Hopefully the extra money goes back into their supercars.
Brandon Lidy Apr 20, 2012
Because the Gallardo is around 10 years old and over due for a successor. Lamborghini is just jumping on the band wagon with these damned crossovers. As someone below said, they're steering away from love of cars
Rick Ross Apr 20, 2012
Why not another high-end SUV? Why do you need another supercar? Stop being so whiny and impatient.
Kevin Rehbock Apr 20, 2012
Man, Carbuzz is late. EVO already has pictures of the real thing circulating right now. And it's not pretty to look at.
Malachi Monteiro Apr 20, 2012
Why didnt they make the Estoque?
Bayo Araujo Apr 20, 2012
Porsche + Audi X7 + VW Touareg = Lambo FREAK!!! Please return the italian design to mighty LAMBORGHINI...
John Serely Apr 20, 2012
In case anyone cares, motortrend has an article with pictures of what they say is real concept leaked, not just another rendering
Ferrari360guy Apr 20, 2012
in what way has ferrari got boring. every car lambo makes is a look alike reventon.
Thibault Leroy Apr 20, 2012
thats why i prefer lamborghini because it does things different from Ferrari thats what the founder of Lamborghini (i forgot his name) wanted, he wanted to do everything better and different than ferrari. But yea i really hope they dont call it Urus i like Deimos alot better.
Dan Ruth Apr 20, 2012
I completely agree, why do we need another high end suv? Honestly launching this before even having renderings of the gallardo replacement just makes lamborghini seem even more... Idk it does suck though, you don't see ferrari doing things like this
Josh Melhorn Apr 20, 2012
Honestly, I'd rather hear about the new Gallardo replacement than this. This thing is terrible and they need to reveal the successor to there best selling car!
Raymond Reynoso Apr 20, 2012
Loving the taillights.
Alex Bouckley Apr 20, 2012
Please don't call it the Urus
Sam Oglesby Apr 20, 2012
They have drawn around a focus rs
Scott Lenahan Apr 20, 2012
Lamborghini has been on a roll lately. I bet this thing will look incredible.
Sampson Bracey Apr 21, 2012
It's called the Lamborghini Urus.
Sampson Bracey Apr 21, 2012
Motortrend app has a rendered one from Lamborghini not from a artist. Check it out. Pics are small though
Alanda Burroughs Apr 21, 2012
Ummm..guys...Lamborghini has been making trucks for a long time. They used to make the most radical and dominate SUV ever...ever heard of the LM7?! This is not new territory for them...remember, they started off as a tractor company. So give them a break. Personally, I think it looks terrific!
Timothy Hooker Apr 20, 2012
This looks terrible.
Tevin Xko Davis Apr 20, 2012
The edges n the whole front is a Lamborghini signature
Bayo Araujo Apr 20, 2012
True... Ducati will bloom into Lambocycles, Porshecycles, Beetlecycles... and of course RS8cycles.
Kevin Rehbock Apr 20, 2012
They just bought Ducati. So a Lambocycle isn't out of the question
Bayo Araujo Apr 20, 2012
Cayenne... NO! Touareg?... NO! Audi X6?... NO! LAMBO FREAK!!! Please get rid of this SUV. Sadly VW will do anything to sell whatever LAMBORGHINI item they want. Next... LAMBOCYCLE....??? Sad, very sad.
Thibault Leroy Apr 20, 2012
this thing looks amazing
Dan Ruth Apr 20, 2012
Is it necessary, is the question. Lamborghini should focus on making cars, it is a good looking crossover but can a big honkin suv ever be a true supercar? Idk but i like lap times, not being able to hold 7 people
Wmg Chinchilla Apr 20, 2012
I wish it was more ostentatious than this. It's a Lamborghini for crying out loud. Where are the spikes and monster tuck wheels? I want to see this thing with some breast implants.
KyleM Apr 20, 2012
A lambo that had one too many hamburgers
Nick Schnee Apr 20, 2012
Haters gonna hate... This is neat.
Oscar Galvan Apr 20, 2012
This has lamborghini written all over it, it. Looks great
Dom Nolan Apr 20, 2012
What are you talking about it looks great
Joe Fats Harper Apr 20, 2012
Lol.. I think it looks pretty good for a crossover
Sam Oglesby Apr 20, 2012
Ahhh make it go away
Justin ChalkChalk Smalyinator Apr 20, 2012
I hope it doesn't look like this.
Mathew Beames Apr 21, 2012
Agreed, if the tail lights didn't have the red piece in the middle, it would look nice
Tyler James Davis Apr 20, 2012
Im guessing you never seen a crossover before? This looks pretty good. Also seeing that lambo probably wants to make more money by selling 4 seaters, not a bad idea.
Bayo Araujo Apr 20, 2012
VW sadly focusing on BMW X6... VW will never be LAMBORGHINI, even if it "currently" owns it. VW will never understand italian design. Lamborghini should stick with the design of super sport cars... Santa Agata... SPEAK!!! (Parla per favore!!!)
Thibault Leroy Apr 20, 2012
i like the rear but get rid of the long red bar
