Hamann Drops ‘BMW’ from the 6-Series

The Hamann 6-Series has made its global debut online.

Hamann, the eccentric German tuning house, has just released their version of the BMW 6-Series Coupe. The styling package consists of a complete rebadging of the Bimmer, making it Hamann's artificial 'own' and compared to their more outlandish designs, keeps it relatively simple and focused more on aerodynamics. The last time we saw Hamann working on a 6-Series it was in convertible form at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Hamann F13 6-Series Coupe features some similarities in terms of style towards the convertible, such as the silver 20- and 21-inch one-piece light alloy silver wheels. A new set of black 20- and 21-inch forged split-rim cross-spoke design wheels with titanium screws has been made available for the coupe as well. The aerodynamic body kit that the Hamann 6-Series wears includes an LED-affixed new front bumper, rear bumper with integrated diffuser with quad tailpipes, side skirts and a rear spoiler. Hamann has also added their progressive sport springs, lowering the 6-Series by 30mm in the front and 25mm in the rear.

A catback exhaust system has been added as well, with four 90mm round stainless-steel exhaust tips. Hamann made the 6-Series Coupe their own, with a complete rebadging on both the exterior and interior. On the interior, the steering wheel and pedals have all been given Hamann touches for a truly different feel. No pricing information has been released as of yet for the Hamann 6-Series Coupe.
