Ashes to ashes dust to dust, this Aventador burned to nothing but a fine crust.

Judging by everyone's comments yesterday, those images and video of the Lamborghini Aventador burning faster than MC Hammer did with money was too much for many to handle. Yes, it was hard to see such a wonderful machine go up in flames like that. Still, we don't have any doubt that the incident will be fully investigated by Lamborghini in order to find any potential defects in their latest raging bull. And now more information is beginning to come out regarding the driver.

According to Jalopnik, the guy behind the wheel at the time of the inferno was not the owner, but rather a likely owner; he was taking the Aventador out for a test drive. For a quick recap: the Aventador we're talking about caught on fire this past Saturday in Southern California. Judging by the photos and video we posted earlier, it looks like the fire started around the engine and near the left rear wheel. We'll keep you posted if any more details are given regarding the fire's cause.
