Opel Insignia OPC by MR Car Design

The Buick Regal GS’ sibling gets slammed to the ground and injected with more power.

German styling company MR Car Design has collaborated with tuning division Reil Performance in creating their latest project based on the Opel Insignia OPC. A revamped exterior includes a set of 20-inch Oxigin alloys, an adjustable G-Ride air suspension system takes the car very close to the ground, and then there's the small matter of the engine upgrade. Under the hood of the Insignia OPC lies a no-nonsense turbocharged 2.8-liter V6 engine that pumps out an impressive 325hp and 317lb-ft of torque.

After Reil Performance optimized the car's software, installed a new exhaust system, including a race catalyst and K&N air filter, the V6 now boasts an output of 375hp and 365lb-ft of torque. Release date and pricing information has yet to be announced.
