Brabus Bullit: World’s Most Powerful and Expensive Mercedes C-Class

It may only be a Mercedes C Coupe, but it has 800hp, a top speed of 230mph and a $600,000 price tag.

Set to be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show, this is the most powerful C-Class in the world. Dubbed the Brabus Bullit Coupe, the car is based on the standard C-Class Coupe but under the hood lies the V12 powerplant found in the S-Class. With displacement increased from 5.5- to 6.3-liters and a pair of upgraded turbochargers the Bullit packs 800hp and an electronically-limited 811lb-ft of torque. If it wasn't held back there would be a colossal 1,047lb-ft to play with, although the transmission would likely collapse.

As a consequence, it can sprint from 0-62mph in just 3.7 seconds. Putting that in perspective, that's a massive half-a-second quicker than the 6.2-liter V8 C63 AMG Black Series. It can also shift from 0-124mph in 9.8 seconds, and hit a top speed of 230mph. As well as being the most powerful C-Class in the world, with a price tag of 449,820 Euros (a few grand shy of $600,000) it is also the most expensive. Look out for it when Geneva kicks off on Tuesday.
