It doesn't look as bloated as the old model. Doing away with the horrible grille crossbar was a good decision
The Tahoe really isn't a point of concern in Chevys lineup. It should get a major update, along with the Escalade. But the brand new Silverado has already been seen in mule stages, so change should come soon...
I want a refreshed Tahoe! Why don't they? I still see tons of tahoes on the road. It hasn't been changed in a very long time.

All they did was change the front. The equinox looks good but the traverse just doesnt
"Whats with the eye liner" I thought the same thing when I saw it. Also the front looks too much like a CRV.
What they should do is make each one unique through overall design, not colored cladding.
@Patrick, I agree, it looks much better, but I think they add that grey plastic cladding, to differ from gmc(color cladding, I think) and Buick (chrome cladding)
Much better but they REALLY need to lose that grey cladding on the bottom. That's the only thing that keeps me from liking these.

Do not like the tail lights on this vehicle. They do not mix well with the whole SUV.
Those lights are actually really close to the Camaros sold in Europe. They have the sunglasses look.
Me too I think this should be the new suv/crossover design, and they need to find something to make their trucks look nicer. That split grill should only be on the cars.

wood doesnt belong in cars period. its a silly overlived trend from the 80s where people had big bulky wired phones in their cars and thought wood meant luxury. real or fake it looks baaad. go back to your century, wood.
90% of carmakers use plastic wood. You don't get the real stuff outside of über luxury cars.
I agree with Buddy...that shade of leather does not go well with wood at all. I don't even think a lighter wood would work.

Michael, I checked out the plastic interior of the Nissan, looks rather bland actually. You see the stitching in this, it's probably not real leather, but it's not plastic. Any stitching on an interior > plastic.
Point out an suv with a nicer interior please. I would like to see what you are trying to compare it too.

Thats not fair you can't compare the fuel efficiency of the LS engines to anything fairly. My LS1 automatic Z28 pulled down 27 mpg in mixed driving conditions. Those things are just beasts and efficient.
Normally I'm all for larger displacement motors but with the current power density and efficiency of the turbo 4s out there I can't help but wonder why Chevy didn't stick a turbo 4 instead of this v6. It's fuel economy is worse than my 5.7L 04 GTO.
