Range Rover Evoque Bicycle Special from Brazil

The award-winning Land Rover Range Rover Evoque has just spawned a new, greener variant.

The Land Rover Range Rover Evoque has been turning heads and snapping up awards like hotcakes over the last two months. A new and more eco-friendly variant of the Evoque has just popped up in Brazil and it is one lean, green, attention-grabbing machine.

The two-seat Range Rover Evoque bicycle is built out of wire and weighs about 110lbs. Land Rover Brazil chief Flavio Padovan told the guys at RevistaAutoEsporte that he saw an original wire frame one-seat Evoque bike in the past from the UK.

Padovan knew it needed something extra to really grab attention. The wire matrix was painted lime green for some real Brazilian flair and the occupancy was doubled to two. Built in conjunction with the crew at Propower Sao Paulo, the Evoque bike took about three months to complete and the relation to the real deal is remarkable.Borrowed from the Evoque SUV are the leather seats and actual handbrake. The design lines were also copied to perfection, as the bumpers, headlights and unique roof are all reminiscent of the real thing. Entry and exit is another matter entirely, as you have to crouch and climb through the wire on the sides.
