America has best bang for your buck and trucks. Japan has great economical and reliable cars. There are some variables but that is the basic thing.

All of the 510s/Bluebirds/1600s (same car, just different names for different markets) came from the factory with a 1.6L L16 inline 4 cylinder engine. The drivetrain on these cars was virtually indestructible.
I understand everyone has their own opinion but I have never heard anyone say the R8 is ugly till now.

Hey Wayne, I have a 1969 Datsun 510, but I didn't know they built them roughly 100 years before that! Just kidding. I know what you mean about dimes - they were made to drive sideways.
I had a 1872 Datsun 510. Fantastic handling car, I was able to scare the wits out of people by driving it sideways (yes, sideways) down the road. The only fault with the car was that like most cars of the era it rusted out.
SSS. Because naming your car S or SS is too mainstream.
