Mustang Switchback by Ring Brothers

Customized Mustang looks the business, and has the muscle to back it up.

Renowned for their Pro-Touring vehicles, the Ring Brothers recently unveiled a 2013 Ford Mustang at the SEMA show dubbed the Switchback. It features an exterior accented by carbon fiber and billet aluminum, a supercharger, and custom-upholstered Recaro seats. Going straight to the meat of the aftermarket package, the modifications made under the hood include the installation of a ProCharger supercharger system with intercooler, Flowmaster headers and Hose Candy sleeves.

A Flowmaster 409S centrally-mounted dual exhaust was also fitted, and the result was to bump the 5.0-liter engine's output from 430 to 575 horsepower. To give the Stang a look to match its capabilities, the Ring Brothers added an aggressive carbon-fiber body kit, a two-piece modular carbon-fiber hood with interchangeable insert, billet aluminum side vents and waterborne paint. The car was then placed on 19-inch monoblock alloys wrapped in Nitto tires. Interior upgrades were limited to replacing the rear seats with a spare tire, the addition of Recaro seats and a custom-wrapped leather package.
