Porsche 911 Turbos Take on Godzillas

Turbocharged sixes and all-wheel drive: a match made in heaven and a tuner's wet dream all rolled into one for this week's Drag Race Tuesday.

A couple of tuned Porsche 911 Turbos with a combined 1,950 horsepower taking on a pair of similarly enhanced Nissan GT-Rs is what's about to go down in this week's edition of Drag Race Tuesdays. Since its launch back in 2007, the GT-R has taken up its role as the definitive supercar-killer with otherworldly performance capabilities at a price point significantly lower than those of its German and Italian rivals. Where the ground gets evened out, however, is where it comes to modifications.

The GT-R may be a favorite among tuners, but so is the 911. With the right technical skills and components at its disposal, a good tuning firm can do incredible things, and all four cars featured here have had extensive upgrades fitted. Get ready for some Germany vs. Japan action taken to the drag strip.
