Drag Race Tuesdays: 2008 Twin Turbo Lambo Gallardo vs. 2009 Nissan GT-R

You might be sick of Godzilla on the drag strip, but we sure aren’t.

This week's edition of Drag Race Tuesdays features the Raging Bull against Godzilla. The 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo has been twin-turbocharged while the 2009 Nissan GT-R has also had some work done. The 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo at stock runs on a 5.0-liter V10 engine with a total output of 520hp. That number has been boosted considerably thanks to its twin-turbocharged tuning job. The 2009 Nissan GT-R at stock puts out 480hp from its 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine.

We can't get enough of the GT-R on the drag strip, as it always performs admirably against stronger competition. We can only assume that by its performance in this race that it has received some attention as well. In any case, make your picks now. Who ya got? The Gallardo or Godzilla?
