CES 2012 Sees the 2013 Audi A3 Interior

The Audi A3’s interior has been revealed at the completely overlooked CES Show in Las Vegas.

With everyone focused on the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, it's easy to forget that there is another show currently underway in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Consumer Electronics Show isn't necessarily known for its automotive content, however Audi has changed that notion a bit with the official release of their interior for the new 2013 A3 model. The Audi A3's interior looks clean and tidy, with not much going on on the dash.

The air vents have a retro feel about them as does the radio, which gives it a very simple sensibility. It does feature a nice 7in pop-up flat screen display which breaks up the monotony of the new A3. It features a co-developed with Nvidia infotainment system with a laptop quality 1.2 GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor. Two other neat features installed on the new A3 are the voice-activated GPS system and the Audi Phone Box. The GPS system uses Google mapping to give you the best possible route to your destination, or so says the German automaker.

The Audi Phone Box integrates your cell phone into the car for a smooth system of making and receiving calls. The 2013 Audi A3 is scheduled to make its official debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March.
